Production Details Hand harvested from selected Pinotage vineyards. Destemmed and crushed, cold soaked and then fermented on the skins for at least a week. A portion of this wine, at least 30% of the blend, comes from barrel matured Pinotage, and the rest from Pinotage in stainless steel tanks, fermented on oak chips to add to the complexity.
