Production Details From a historical vineyard planted in 1956 and farmed as dry bush vines without irrigation on a south-facing granitic slope between Paarl and Stellenbosch. The grapes are carefully sorted, whole bunch pressed, and aged for 10 months in large Stockinger barrels.
