Production Details Savage White 2024 is a Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend from three parcels on sandstone and granite soils at elevations ranging from 213 to 677 meters. It is aged for 12 months in barriques and concrete eggs, then a further 2-3 months in stainless steel. The wine is described as elegant and structured, suitable for drinking now or cellaring for a decade.
