Production Details 100% Verdelho from a vineyard planted just outside Stellenbosch. The winemaker says he first tasted wine from this site in 2013, bought 5 tons from the vineyard in 2022, and plans to work with it until Opstal's own Verdelho planting is ready after 2027. The wine underwent spontaneous fermentation with no additives or filtration and matured for 10 months in a 2,500L oak foudre.
