Production Details The aim with Beneath the Clouds is an expressive, aromatic, lightly wooded Chardonnay from Oak Valley's cool and cloudy Elgin climate. Fermentation takes place in older barrels, larger barrels, and a small component in steel tanks, followed by 9 months on gross lees for balance and texture.
