Production Details Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs twice a day. After three weeks, the wine was pressed and transferred to barrels. The wine matured for 16 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, with 33% new French oak. The Cabernet Sauvignon batches were then blended and filtered before bottling in January 2024. 14,000 cases (6 x 750ml) were released as 2022 La Motte Cabernet Sauvignon.
