Production Details Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with two pump-overs per day. After three weeks, the wine is pressed before maturing for 24 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, split evenly between first-fill and second-fill oak. The wine was blended and filtered before bottling in June 2021. 8,000 cases (6 x 750ml) were released as 2019 La Motte Cabernet Sauvignon.
