Production Details Official Beaumont technical sheet. Vitruvian is named after the farm's 250 year old water mill and is intended as a pure expression of place, with elegance favored over power. The sheet states that 60% of the 2020 blend was co-fermented for early integration. Appellation: Bot River. Yield was 3-5 tons per hectare and Balling at harvest was 23°-24.5°. The wine was made and matured in eight 225L French oak barrels for 36 months, of which 35% was new oak. Vintage conditions are described as a gentle dry vintage that produced open, full wines with great flavours and gentle tannins.
