Production Details Grenache and Cinsault came from old bushvines, while Shiraz came from trellised vineyards. The grapes were hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs, then blended soon after fermentation. The wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel with very little oak influence.

Palate: juicy fruit, savoury notes, fine tannins, refreshing finish
