Production Details Vines are organically farmed and dry-land. Grapes were destemmed and whole berries transferred to opened French oak barrels. Must pressed in small vacuum press, then moved to 3rd-fill French oak barrels for 24 months. After bottling, wine aged 18 months before release. Total aging exceeds 3 years.
