Production Details Co-planted white vineyard on south-western slope. Currently picked in two stages, co-fermented and blended early. Whole bunch pressed. Transferred to concrete tanks and old wooden vats. Aged 11 months on lees, then racked to tank. 65mg/L SO2 added and bottled from fine lees. Maiden vintage.
