Production Details Co-planted vineyard with multiple picks at this stage. 30% whole cluster, 70% destemmed. 25-30 days fermentation on skins. Pressed in basket press. Transferred to concrete tanks and older foudres. Aged 11 months on lees, then racked to tank. 65mg/L SO2 added and bottled from fine lees. Maiden vintage.
