Production Details The Chenin Blanc was harvested over three different ripeness levels and kept separately for blending and quality purposes. Fermented in different vessels including 225L barrels, 400L Clayvers, and 300L barrels with regular topping and batonage for 10 months. Wine was blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Production: 430 9L cases.
