Production Details Handpicked grapes received a 48 hour cold maceration period prior to fermentation to extract colour and fruit. 30% of the grapes were whole bunch fermented. Skins were gently pressed after fermentation. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels, followed by a further 12 months in French oak barrels.
