Production Details The grapes were harvested at 23.5 Balling to capture vibrant fruit expression and spice. The grapes were fermented in portions done as carbonic maceration, submerged cap and open top with an average of 70% done with whole bunches. The wine was matured for 12 months in 2nd fill 1000 Foudres.
