Production Details Fruit sourced from 2 specific vineyard blocks on farm and 2 small parcels from Helderberg and Helderberg basin slopes. De-stemmed only (no crushing), fermented in combination of stainless-steel tanks and traditional open-top fermenters using punch-downs and pump-overs. After primary fermentation, grapes gently pressed and transferred to 300L French oak barrels (80% new, 20% blend of 2nd and 3rd fill) for 18 months before final blending.
