Production Details Hand harvested early morning, de-stemmed and sorted. Wholebunch fermentation or ripe stems added to ferments. 65% new French oak, 35% second and third fill barrels. Combination of open and closed pump overs. Spring 2020 marked by cold fronts delaying bud burst 5-7 days. Moderate summer temperatures resulted in 2-week delay in harvest start. Great drinking capability at release but could benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years.
