Production Details Destemmed grapes given overnight skin-contact (12 hours), settled juice transferred to Italian terracotta amphorae (10%) and concrete eggs (90%) for fermentation. Wine left on primary lees for 9 months before blending and bottling. Grapes sourced from two Heritage Certified vineyards: Stellenbosch (planted 1977) and Durbanville (planted 1983).
