Production Details Grapes meticulously hand-harvested, each bunch gently pressed in cellar. Clear juice transferred to concrete egg vessels for fermentation, with small portion in neutral barrels. After 4 months, individual batches assessed, blended, and further aged for 6 months in concrete egg vessels. Total fermentation and aging in concrete egg vessels for 11 months.
