Production Details Grapes meticulously hand-harvested, bunches gently pressed in cellar. Clear juice transferred to concrete egg vessels for fermentation, with small percentage in neutral barrels. After 4 months, individual batches evaluated and blended, then aged for 6 months in concrete egg vessels. Total fermentation and aging in concrete egg vessels for 11 months.
