Production Details The majority of the grapes come from the special red clay vineyard on Waterford Estate, with a small percentage sourced from farms in the Helderberg region. Aged 22 months in 225L French oak barrels. The wine is a softer expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with plush, elegant fruit and richer, softer, sweeter tannins.
