Production Details Only seven rows of Cabernet Franc are used for this small batch wine. The Oudeberg vineyard is located in the Polkadraai Hills. Soil health is maintained with cover crop mixes and the farm's waddle of ducks. Handpicked grapes with 15% whole bunches were naturally fermented in open-top vessels with regular punch downs before basket pressing. Matured in older French oak barrels for 11 months prior to bottling. Unfiltered. Wine of Origin: Stellenbosch.
