Production Details Heritage bush-vine vineyard in Paarl planted in 1961. Careful canopy management and pruning keep the crop balanced and support vine longevity. Grapes were delicately whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented in older French oak barrels; only the free-run juice was used. The wine matured on the lees for 10 months prior to bottling.
