Production Details The vineyards were planted in 2020 on the estate. The vines are all planted with the "stok by paaltjie" method on a terraced slope. Chenin was harvested first and, about a week later, Roussanne and Marsanne were picked together. The grapes were whole bunch pressed. After a quick settling, juice was fermented in one 550L amphorae and a 300L neutral barrel, then left on lees before bottling on October 9th and release in April 2025.
