Production Details Single vineyard (0.7 hectares) on Seelug Farm in Lower Helderberg, planted 1999. Bush vines at higher elevation on granite and iron-rich soils. 85% whole-cluster fermentation with approximately 60% stems intact. Natural spontaneous fermentation. Aged 12 months: 80% in concrete vats (racked twice), 20% in old French oak barrels (400-litre, 5th+ fill) on fine lees. Vegan and vegetarian suitable. No additives or alterations except trace amounts of sulfites. Bottled without fining or filtration.
