Production Details 100% Syrah. About one-third of grapes whole cluster crushed by foot, remainder bunch selected, crushed and de-stemmed in concrete vats. Spontaneous fermentation with minimal punch downs and pump overs. Wine pressed off skins and racked into 2nd fill French barrique for secondary fermentation. Total elevage of 20 months in oak with single rack and return after 6 months.
