Production Details 100% Syrah. Fermentation involved 35% whole clusters crushed by foot in concrete fermentation tanks and remaining grapes bunch selected and destemmed over crushed whole clusters. Spontaneous fermentation with minimal punch downs and pump overs. Wine pressed into 2nd fill French barrique for secondary fermentation. Total elevage of 20 months in oak with single rack and return after 6 months.
