Production Details After destemming, the grapes were left on the skins for two hours while the juice was extracted. Only free-run juice was used. The juice was clarified before fermentation and fermented in steel tanks. The wine then had three months of lees contact to build complexity and longevity.

Nose: floral, tropical aromas, pineapple, litchi
Palate: fresh fruit driven, ripe yellow peaches, good acidity, fruity finish
