Production Details Premium white wine blend from six quality cultivars chosen from different vineyards aging 10-30 years. Initial fermentation in tank at 14°C. Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc transferred to first fill French oak barrels for up to 3 months for further aging. Each cultivar held separately, then blended once winemaker confirmed quality and blend percentage. Total extract: 25.1 g/l. Vegan certified.
