Production Details Hand-picked on February 14, 2024. Hand-loaded into destemmer, lightly crushed, fed directly into press with 4 hours skin contact. Juice clarification through flotation, partially barrel-fermented (one 400L new oak barrel and two 300L second-fill barrels), remained in stainless-steel tank for further lees contact. Fermentation at 14-16°C over 12-14 days. Lees aging for 25 months. Vineyard planted in 1986. Single vineyard block of 8,666 vines = 1.61 hectares. Vertically trellised on hedge systems. Unirrigated.
