Production Details Grapes harvested at 25 Balling from late February to mid-March. Fermentation at 25-27C for 5-8 days using selected pure yeast culture in rotation tanks. Wines matured separately in combination of new French oak and second- and third-fill French oak barrels for 14 months before final blend construction. Strict vegan guidelines adhered to during farming and winemaking.
