Production Details Multi-vineyard blend from Bottelary Hills and Jonkershoek Valley. Fermentation initiated in stainless steel tanks with series of pump overs until dry. Post-fermentation maceration before drawing off and light pressing. Malolactic fermentation completed in French oak barrels (25% new, balance 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fill). 18 months oak aging.
