Production Details Harvested from select blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc vineyards on Muratie's decomposed granite soils. Hand-harvested grapes were fermented in open-top tanks with gentle punch-downs, then matured for 22 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
