Production Details Heritage single vineyard sourced from 0.7-hectare block planted 1981 (SA Old Vine Project certified). Naturally low-yielding at 3 tons/ha (19 HL/ha). Whole bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast in matured French Puncheons, aged sur lie for 10-12 months. Ultra-natural approach: no enzymes, no fining, bottled unfiltered. Produced only in exceptional vintage years. Demi-sec style inspired by Vouvray Val de Loire.
