Production Details The vineyards are meticulously cared for by hand, with an average age of 40 years, and the crop is reduced to ensure maximum quality. Organic and biodynamic practices are employed without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical sprays. Grapes were handpicked and sorted, then partially fermented in small bins with the balance in stainless steel tanks. Native yeast fermentation lasted about 14 days, followed by barrel maturation in a specially selected combination of 20% new and 80% matured French oak barrels for 16 months.
