Production Details Fruit was sourced from a monitored Stellenbosch vineyard, with only the best section of the block selected to capture multiple fruit components. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 13C. After alcoholic fermentation the wine was racked with thin lees, and occasional lees stirring enhanced fruit flavours.
