Production Details Official producer technical page states fruit came from three monitored dryland vineyard blocks in Darling. Each block was picked at the ripeness level where fruit aromatics were best expressed. The wine from each block was kept separate during fermentation, and after tasting, two of the three blocks were selected for the final 2021 blend.
