Production Details Grapes are hand-picked and transferred to the cellar. Following fermentation and subsequent maceration, the wine is blended and transferred to a combination of French barrels, foudre, and cement tanks. After aging for 24 months, a final blend is crafted and bottled. The wine is then released after a 6-month resting period in bottle. Wine of Origin: Polkadraai, Stellenbosch.
