Production Details Bunches sorted and destemmed, berries sorted before light crush. Fermentation in small open fermenters with punch downs 4x daily. Racked after fermentation, skins pressed in small baskets. Maturation 16 months in 225L French oak barrels (2nd to 4th fill). Single vineyard: old vines from block planted 1953.
