Production Details Hand harvested with careful selection. Yield approx. 6-8 tons. Fruit sourced from Helderberg, Bottelary Hills and Vlaeberg vineyards on bushvine, semi-bush vine and Perold systems, with supplementary irrigation. Barrel and tank fermented, then matured on secondary lees for 8 months in French oak with 20% new oak. Style: Rich and Ripe (Oak influenced).
