Production Details Grapes cold-soaked for 3-4 days prior to being crushed and fermented at optimal temperatures, after which pressed and Malo-Lactic fermentation done in tank on French oak staves. Racked to 225L French oak barrels for 24 months maturation. Lightly fined and filtered before bottling. Limited release of 3 barrels.
