Aged in a climatized barrel maturation room at 16 degrees Celsius and 80% humidity for 12 months using approximately 50% new and 50% second-fill 225-litre oak barrels. Sustainable vineyard practices, precision farming, careful fermentation, barrel selection, and blending are emphasized.
