Production Details The bush vine Chenin Blanc was harvested over two different ripening periods. Fermented in different vessels including 225L barrels, 400L Clayvers, and 300L barrels with regular topping and batonage for 10 months. Wine was blended and lightly filtered before bottling. 150 9L cases produced.
