Production Details Vineyard blocks planted at 2.5m x 1.4m in 1991 and 2001 on medium-potential Tukulu and Kroonstad soils, trained on a seven-wire VSP trellis with drip irrigation. Handpicked grapes were delicately whole-bunch pressed, the juice settled for 20 hours, then fermented cold in stainless steel for 2-3 weeks before tirage and bottle fermentation. The wine spent 30 months on lees before disgorgement.
