Production Details Grapes originate from 3 vineyard blocks planted on narrow-spacing VSP trellis systems with drip irrigation. Clones CS23 and two CS46 blocks. Handpicked grapes were transported to the cellar for crushing. Whole berry fermentation commenced in stainless-steel tanks with twice-daily pump-overs. Prolonged skin contact of approximately 14 days followed fermentation before pressing. Malolactic fermentation commenced in 300L French oak barrels. Matured 17 months in barrel with 42.6% new oak used.
