Production Details Grapes originate from 2 vineyard sites planted on narrow-spacing VSP trellis systems with drip irrigation. Clones CS23, CS46 and CS169. Handpicked grapes were transported to the cellar for crushing. Whole berry fermentation commenced in French oak casks and stainless-steel tanks with twice-daily pump-overs. Prolonged skin contact of approximately 14 days followed fermentation before pressing. Malolactic fermentation commenced in 300L French oak barrels. Matured 17 months in barrel with 30% new oak used.
