Production Details Single vineyard block established in 2007 on high-potential Tukulu soil with a 7-wire VSP trellis system, drip irrigation, narrow planting at 2.0m x 1.0m, and annual production of around 5 to 7 tons/ha. Grapes were handpicked, fermented separately in French oak casks and stainless-steel tanks with twice-daily pump-overs, then underwent malolactic fermentation in 300L French oak barrels before 17 months' maturation in French oak barrels prior to blending and bottling.
