Production Details The 2017 vintage followed an extremely dry winter in 2016, resulting in limited shoots and bunches but great quality fruit. Grapes are hand harvested and sorted twice. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in 500 litre open top French oak barrels with regular punch downs. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 225 litre French oak barrels before maturation for 24 months in the same barrels.
