Production Details Individual grape parcels crushed and fermented in open-top stainless-steel tanks with 4-5 punch-downs daily. Extended skin maceration post-fermentation. Aged 20 months: 56% new 1st-fill French oak 225/500L barrels, 44% in 2nd-3rd fill French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
