Production Details Hand-picked bunches in early morning, whole-bunch pressed, must settled overnight. Fermented in various vessels including stainless steel tanks, concrete eggs, and 500-litre French oak barrels (40-50% new oak). Aged for 10 months in these vessels before blending. Bottle-aged minimum one year before release.
